Books 1 -3
Daughter of Darkness Series is being lengthened, re-edited and revised. The expanded editions will release later this year!
Gwyneth Stevens, born of magical descent and raised by humans, fully understands that creatures of the night exist outside of books and movies. When her job leads her to Necro’s Magik World & Supernatural Theme Park everything in her life changes, secrets are revealed, old and new love interests arise and a wild, lusty adventure takes place.
*Note HEA takes place over the three book trilogy. That means read all the way to the end to get your HEA.

I sat there staring at my computer monitor. None of the reports that I had assigned for myself to do were done yet. I’d given myself a specific timeframe to get the work done, and I’d failed. I hit the tab key twice and started to look at the file on the Goblins. The database hadn’t been updated in six years, and it showed. They still had Howell, a Goblin who had been responsible for bewitching the entire population of a small Iowa town listed as living.
I knew for a fact he was dead.
I’d been a witness to his demise two years prior. He’d gotten a little cocky and moved to Ohio in hopes of getting away with more trickery. He found out quickly that the tiny town he’d found here was already being plagued by a were-bear problem. Needless to say, the town wasn’t big enough for the both of them. We found Howell scattered about the side of the highway. One-hundred and nineteen pieces later, we’d bagged him up. The leader of the local were-bears was hauled in for questioning and later released. The thought of being executed didn’t appeal to them so they cleaned up their act. We had no proof to charge them with the crime, and no real desire to.
Howell had been an evil goblin, and the world was better off without him in it. It was a hard truth, but a truth all the same. I tabbed over to the status field and checked the box marked deceased. Thankfully, I could remember most of the details surrounding his death to type in the comments section. I flagged the file for review and emailed it to Judy, the office secretary’s account. She could pass it on to who it needed to go to.
Working from the house wasn’t as glamorous as it sounded. Sure, Pallo had went to a ton of trouble, and who knows how much expense to have an office put on my property, but still it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. I never seemed to have enough time to get everything done, and I rarely possessed enough initiative to want to sit down and do it. My job pays extremely well, and I really do like the work. I’d just had a lot going on in my personal life lately, and that was getting in the way of me getting things done.
I was spending too much time obsessing over the details in my life that I couldn’t change, and not enough time on the ones I could. I knew this, but it still did make it any easier. I looked over at the clock again. Ken would be calling to check in soon. I was expected in at the office by the end of the week. My deal with my boss, Ken, was that I’d work with him at the main office at least once a week and then from my home the rest of the time. I actually preferred working in the office, but my newfound celebrity status led to too many gawkers at my office door.
